You might not be thinking about the military — take the test anyway. It reveals your strengths and opens options. Talking to recruiters doesn't mean you're signing up. It means you're exploring.
N3XT ERA is a community development organization building youth into leaders through mentorship, scholarships, and pathways to independence — especially for those who have been overlooked, underserved, or underprepared.

Community. One mission.
What We Do
We design outcome-driven programs at the intersection of youth development, community support, and county-level initiatives — bridging grassroots engagement with institutional strategy.
We provide financial assistance and encouragement to students pursuing their education, helping remove barriers to success.
Our mentorship programs focus on personal growth, leadership, accountability, and academic success for students of all ages.
Join our team and help us serve the community through events, mentorship, and outreach programs that create real change.
Our Mission
N3XT Era Foundation Inc was created out of a passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today's youth. Through hands-on experience in schools and mentorship programs, we saw the need for consistent support systems that go beyond the classroom.
We inspire, educate, and uplift by providing access to resources, guidance, and opportunities that promote growth, unity, and long-term success — creating pathways to independence and leadership for those who have been overlooked, underserved, or underprepared.
For students, by students
Five things to keep in mind as you map out your next steps. Even if you only act on one or two — that's still progress. Just don't sit still.
You might not be thinking about the military — take the test anyway. It reveals your strengths and opens options. Talking to recruiters doesn't mean you're signing up. It means you're exploring.
Standardized tests aren't everything, but good scores open scholarship doors. Use free tools, tutors, or ACT/SAT for Dummies. GPA 3.0+? You're already in a good place — push further.
Don't waste money applying to schools you won't attend. Match majors to what you actually enjoy. Consider location, cost, and campus vibe — and please visit in person. That feeling matters.
Free money is out there — you just have to go get it. Community centers, counselors, libraries, local businesses. Most need a personal statement and a rec letter. Apply to as many as possible.
If it's available, take full advantage. Raise your GPA, knock out college credits, save money. Some students graduate high school as college sophomores. It's real — but it's college-level work.
Trade + Tech Programs
Dual enrollment also offers technical training programs where you can graduate high school with a real skill, a certification, and job-ready experience. In demand. Respected. Yours if you want it.
"I highly recommend pursuing a trade before college — for job security and rapid sustainment eligibility."
